Our Mission

 

Mission of Peace believes that the church is the heart and soul of the community. The church is not confined within four walls and a roof. Church is a continuous ministry to go out beyond the walls of the church and to reach those in need. To partner with similar causes and organizations to better our community and the lives of others. To help the less fortunate, to lend a helping hand, to share our God given talents and abilities to impact and change a person's life through Christ.

“Investing In Heaven”

Matthew 13:44-51 NIV

If you invest in heaven you will be storing up eternal spiritual rewards by focusing on God rather than temporary physical wealth. Go forth with ‘HEAVEN’ on your mind. Invest in your next life. Shift your focus on eternal value. Are you investing in your eternal life or more focused on investing in earthly things? Continue to seek growth, be bountiful, step out in faith and put your hope in your future in heaven with Jesus. A Crown looks good on you so invest in heaven.

 

God’s rewards vary from person to person. He rewards those that believe and follow Jesus. The five Crowns of heaven:

  1. The Imperishable Crown: this is given to the self-control and discipline in the Christian life.

  2. The Crown of Rejoicing: this is awarded for winning souls and evangelism.

  3. The Crown of Righteousness: this is promised to those who eagerly look forward to Christ’s return.

  4. The Crown of Life: this is given for enduring trials, temptation and persecution.

  5. The Crown of Glory: this is bestowed on spiritual leaders and elders who shepherd believers faithfully.

 

As a Christian you have so much more to look forward too. Devotion leads you through the storms of life. Jesus is always with you. Keep smiling helping others for God is too good, kind and merciful. God’s blessings are awaiting His return. Be patient in long suffering for your reward is in heaven.

 

Fully invest in Christ Jesus. Take a deeper step moving forward accepting the invitation to heaven. Get ready, do right, you need to get right and stay right. Stay dedicated and obedient on your journey to heaven. Step out of your comfort zone utilizing your talents for the glory of God giving joyfully with a charitable heart. God will use you even if it’s just for a testimony. God will get you through any and everything. Keep going on serving faithfully and joyfully. Strive for a Crown in heaven. Forgive others, pray and love thy enemy, praise everyday as if it’s your last, serve God and others in the name of Jesus sacrificing self. Give God your all and strive to not to just get through but to gain a Crown. A Crown looks good on you so make this life count.
